Scope of Work

Booking and Scheduling
To schedule a clearance, clients must provide accurate information regarding the property and the extent of work required. We reserve the right to adjust schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Confirmation
Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent to the client detailing the date, time, and scope of services to be provided.
Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is required as follows:
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure the scheduled date.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the clearance.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
Additional Charges
Any additional services requested beyond the initial agreement will incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring access to the property during the scheduled clearance
- Securing any valuable or irreplaceable items that they wish to retain
- Providing a safe working environment for our team
Property Access
Clients must ensure that all necessary keys and access permissions are provided to our team to facilitate a smooth clearance process.
Liability
Hornsey House Clearance is committed to handling all items with care. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues within the property unless otherwise specified.
Insurance
We carry liability insurance to cover any unforeseen accidents or damages that may occur during the clearance process.
Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our clients and are committed to protecting any personal information provided. Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Data Protection

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Hornsey House Clearance and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability
